THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

As part of our growth, we are looking for a rigorous and committed Sales Manager to structure and optimize the management of B2B sales and B2C customer service. This strategic position aims to strengthen our commercial relationships and ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for the smooth running of ADV operations and the development of our international footprint.

 

Your tasks :

1. Guarantee optimum service levels for B2B and B2C customers
- Coordinate the application of the B2B sales calendar and organize sales events (sales days, sales training, in-store events, sales meetings, sell-in, sell-out and restocking campaigns).
- Manage requests and queries from B2B customers, distributors and sales agents.
- Supervise sales administration operations: order management, invoicing and shipping.
- Ensure a smooth interface between marketing operations and the distribution network.
- Structure and optimize B2C customer service to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.
- Supervise and lead the team in charge of B2C customer service.
- Implement and improve tools for managing customer requests (CRM, chat, e-mail, etc.).
- Ensure effective follow-up of B2C customer complaints, returns and requests for assistance.
- Structure the after-sales service process and ensure effective management of returns and exchanges.
- Ensure effective feedback from customers to improve our products and services.
- Optimize the integration process for new business partners and B2C customers.

2. Manage the international B2B customer portfolio
- Propose personalized sales operations to support our partners in their growth.
- Coordinate the implementation of merchandising tools, POS materials and marketing campaigns with partners.
- Ensure that Samaya 's products and values are promoted at points of sale.
- Ensure compliance with Samaya's distribution policy.
- Develop lasting relationships with commercial partners (buyers, importers, agents, sales forces).
- Represent the brand in the field and in stores.

3. Ensure the relevance of sales decisions
- Maintain and operate accurate sales performance reporting (B2B & B2C).
- Ensure that the sales database (countries, customers, partners) is kept up to date.
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and partner performance.
- Analyze customer and partner interactions to provide input into sales strategy.
- Participate in contract negotiations with agents, distributors and B2B customers.

 

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for arigorous, autonomous professionalwith excellent interpersonal skills. Your analytical skills and ability to structure and optimize processes will be essential assets.

You have:
- A passion for the outdoor world and technical products.
- Proven experience in sales administration, sales management or B2B and B2C customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- A good command of English (oral and written) to interact with our international partners. Another language is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP and sales management systems.
- Proactive approach and ability to develop lasting business relationships.

Travel: Available for occasional travel, position based in Annecy.
