THE POSITION TO BE FILLED
As Production & Supply Chain Manager, you will be the true architect of Samaya's logistics and industrial flows. We are looking for an analytical and structuring profile, capable of modeling, optimizing and automating processes to build an ultra-efficient supply chain and logistics. Your mission will be to design a robust architecture, integrating digital tools and advanced methodologies to maximize the fluidity and performance of operations, from procurement to delivery of finished products to B2B and B2C customers. Your ability to structure, analyze and innovate will be a key lever to support the ramp-up of our production and sustain the company's sustainable growth.
Your tasks :
1. Structuring and strategy
- Develop processes adapted to the company's ambitions.
- Steer purchasing, supply chain and production strategy by integrating CSR.
- Contribute to industrial relocation and logistics optimization.
- Build and implement management tools (Excel, ERP, etc.).
- Manage budgets, optimize costs and improve margins.
- Build sustainable partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers.
2. Operational management
- Ensure efficient procurement by controlling orders, lead times and quality.
- Plan and optimize production according to forecasts and inventories.
- Manage logistics (transport, warehousing, customs, regulatory compliance).
- Define quality control and audit procedures.
- Ensure coordination between teams for optimal management of inventories and deliveries.
- Work with R&D, Sales and Finance to ensure a coherent vision, contribute to product strategy and optimize sales forecasts.
3. Quality, standards and CSR
- Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards.
- Manage certification and monitor regulatory changes.
- Define and implement CSR strategy.
- Oversee Made in France initiatives.
- Monitor strategic developments and seek funding for production and CSR.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5-year degree in logistics, production management, purchasing, supply chain, engineering school or business school.
- Successful experience in an operations or supply chain function.
- Strong interest in the outdoor world and technical products, at the crossroads of outdoor and luxury.
- Fluency in English, with willingness to travel at least twice a year.
- Expertise in using and building advanced Excel tools.
- Analytical and synthesizing skills, with the rigor, responsiveness and anticipation needed to find effective, pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to structure and prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to bring people together.
- Strategic and operational vision, with the ability to move quickly from overview to detailed analysis ("zoom in/out").
- Mastery of flow management, production tracking and inventory management tools.
