THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

We are looking for an Assistant Industrial Engineer (6-month internship) to play a key role in optimizing Samaya's industrial operations. Working alongside the Production & Supply Chain Manager, you will be directly involved in improving production, supply chain and logistics processes, thereby contributing to the company's efficiency and growth. Your commitment and rigor will ensure smooth, high-performance operations, while actively participating in the industrial challenges of a fast-growing brand.

 

Your tasks :

- Production monitoring and inventory control: Support in drawing up production schedules and quality controls to ensure product availability while limiting stock
- Logistics monitoring: Preparation of shipments, monitoring of transport and arrivals at logistics centers
- Flow optimization: Liaising with Sales, R&D and Finance to align the various information, product and financial flows
- Accelerating the Made In France strategy: Involvement in the strategic project to relocate production to France, setting up industrialization and production processes in our in-house workshop (help with sourcing raw materials, optimizing and improving the production line and its organization, etc.).)
- Setting up and monitoring processes: Help with the design and development of internal and external processes
- Support for CSR strategy: Involvement in the company's CSR project and implementation of actions defined in the strategic plan (eco-design, made in France, sustainability, labels and regulations, etc.).

 

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Student at engineering school or university specializing in industrial engineering, supply chain or production.
• Analytical skills, rigor, initiative and commitment.
• Strong motivation for process optimization and industrial flow management.
• Excellent command of Excel.
• An interest in the outdoor world and technical products.
